By using NetMasterLab, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.
1. Account & responsibility
- One account per person; no sharing
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe
- Misuse from your lab session (attacking external networks, distributing malware) will result in immediate suspension and cooperation with authorities
2. Service limits
- Labs are for learning and exam prep — not for production use or commercial proxy services
- No reverse-engineering of lab gear; no attempts to access other students' environments
- No using the AI assistant to generate harmful content
3. Payment & refunds
- Credits are non-refundable except for: platform-caused service outages, or non-activated bookings

4. Availability
- We target ≥ 99.5% monthly uptime; below that we compensate pro-rated credits
- Planned maintenance is announced ≥ 48h in advance
5. Intellectual property
- Platform software and documentation are © NetMasterLab
- Your uploaded topologies and notes remain yours; we use them only to provide the service
6. Disclaimers
- We're not liable for indirect losses caused by network issues, hardware failures, or third-party outages
- Lab content is reference material, not official vendor positions
7. Changes to terms
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be emailed 30 days in advance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts of the operating entity's location.
