The homepage pricing cards show the short version. Below is the full ruleset — please read before purchase.
Credit conversion

1 credit ≈ $0.02. Subscribers top up monthly based on plan.
Refund policy
- Not activated (booked but slot hasn't started): full credit refund
- Activated, unused (canceled within 30 min of activation): 50% refund
- In use: no refund
- Platform-caused issues (rack fault / network outage): 2× credit compensation
Payments (CN site)
- WeChat Pay / Alipay direct payment
- Personal account top-ups are non-withdrawable but roll over
Payments (EN site)
- Stripe — credit card subscription or one-time top-up
- Monthly invoices auto-emailed
Enterprise invoicing
We issue Chinese VAT 普通发票 / 专用发票 on request. Email [email protected] with your billing entity info; 3–5 business days to issue.
